After graduating with a JD from The City of New York, Law School, he used his legal education every day for 20 years helping Silicon Valley companies of all sizes build market share. During this time, Adam held a variety of sales and business development positions serving clientele at some of the world's best-known consumer brands and service providers.
Adam now uses his background in high-end customer service, sales negotiation, and personal involvement in multiple real estate transactions as valuable assets to his clientele in New York's unique real estate market. Found a tenant for a Condo home in Harlem, New York, NY. I was hesitating and skeptical about using a realtor, but I could not have rented my apartment without Adam’s expertise. I had tried renting my apartment myself for weeks, organized several open houses and apartment showings and although I had many interested tenants, nothing materialized. Within a 2 weeks of working with Adam I had a signed lease from a respectful, qualified and lovely tenant. I work full time as a nurse so my bandwidth is limited, and I barely had to do anything. Adam spent a lot of time explaining everything to me, came to my apartment and took amazing photos and a video for our listing, coordinated with interested tenants, took care of getting background info/credit checks and vetting prospective tenants, and took care of the lease preparation and communication with my condo board.
